Please note that custom-tailored or made-to-measure outfits are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are specially custom tailored just for you.
Your happiness is important to us, If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, we’ll gladly assist by arranging a replacement.
To help us process this quickly, we kindly ask that you record an unboxing video when opening your package. Please make sure the video:
Shows the sealed package before opening
Captures the full unboxing in one continuous recording
Clearly shows the product and packaging
Highlights any issue or damage right away
